How do I register on your site?

Go to register and simply work down the screen filling in the information as requested. Fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory and must be filled in - other fields are optional.

Please enter your contact information and contact preferences and then select the appropriate boxes in the "About you" section.

Finally answer the security question and press the "Create New Account" button.

You will be sent an e-mail to verify your account details. Click on the link in the e-mail to confirm. If you use an anti-spam service please ensure that mail from info@ficm.org.uk is allowed through.

Look out for new menu items under the "My Account" menu which will take you to areas of the site relevant to you.

How can I unsubscribe or change my mailing preferences?

The best way to make sure you are receiving only what you want to receive and no more is to edit your communications preferences. It doesn't take a minute. Here's how:

1. Click here to go to your account. (opens in a new window so you can easily refer back to these instructions).

If you are not already logged in, you will need to enter the e-mail address that mailings are coming to and your password. (If you cannot remember your password go to the "Request New Password" tab and you will be emailed a link to get to your account).

2. Scroll down the page on your account details until you get to 'Your contact preferences' and press 'Edit Your contact preferences' to tell us exactly what you would like to be mailed about (if anything). It is here that you can subscribe to or unsubscribe from our monthly prayer & news letter.

3. Then go down to the next section 'About you' and edit that. Here you can tell us your interests so that any mailings you do want us to send you will be geared to your preferences. You can also subscribe to or unsubscribe from our Daily Devotional.

Are your resources available in Braille and large print?

For people with sight loss, accessible copies of the main resources for The Freedom In Christ Discipleship Course and The Grace Course (2012 Edition) can be obtained in Braille and 24 point giant print for the same price as the print copy from The Torch Trust.

If a particular item is not yet available in the format you require, these wonderful people will usually create it specially for you.
